Delivery & returns

Your delivery total

Standard delivery is $7.95; delivery is included for product subtotals of $150 or more. The basket shows the charge before you submit.

Handling this collection

Check the adjustment range, floor surface and rated load. Chair fitting guidance does not replace an individual comfort assessment.

Before returning a product

Contact support@sitandshift.shop with the order reference and item information before sending a return. Retain the packaging and describe the issue. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Destination and installation

Check destination eligibility and delivery arrangements before ordering. Installation, assembly and building work are not included.
